裴杰，Roca中國區商務發展與市場總監。 于2008年加入Roca樂家中國，現任Roca中國區商務發展與市場總監。他在Roca樂家中國的六年，也是Roca樂家在中國以每年近20%的速度飛速發展的六年。 期間，酷瑪系列的面世成為Roca樂家在中國成長的里程碑，不僅如此，Roca樂家與萬科地產、恒大地產、希爾頓酒店、喜來登酒店等合作伙伴展開的戰略合作也為Roca樂家在中國市場的發展有著劃時代的意義。 裴杰來自Roca樂家的故鄉——西班牙，并于西班牙最大的建筑集團ACS集團開始他的職業生涯，期間他參與了西班牙最大的港口——巴塞羅那港的項目。2006年他來到中國并學習了很多中國的文化與傳統，他愛好中國功夫并且樂于嘗試“中國化”的事情，例如，騎自行車上班去既能體驗典型的中國式生活又能支持環保事業。這些都幫助他更了解中國市場，也有助于他更好的協助制定品牌中國化戰略。 裴杰曾于法國和西班牙學習土木工程，并于2008年獲得中歐國際商學院的工商管理碩士學位。 |
